The staff at Sports Clips is very eager to help customers from their professional demeners and welcoming environment to their comfortable seating arrangements quick response time always talking to the customers so there's not that awkward silence while you're getting your hair..

Quit fooling around in the back and cut some hair. There is always 4 barbers here, but yet only one is cutting hair at one time??

Online check-in is a joke! I checked with the stylist, Kiki. I drove over 20 minutes to this store instead of a closer one. I got there and checked in and sat down. After at least 30 minutes and several people being taken back for cuts I was told that Kiki was not there! WTH? But I was able to check in online with her. So, you can check in online with a stylist that is not even working. Another stylist, Heather, told me after 30 minutes that Kiki was not there. She said she was going to call me and tell me so but didn't!! So, Heather was going to call me and didn't but also she couldn't tell me when I walked in. In fact it took over 30 minutes for anyone to say anything to me. Someone, please tell me what online check in is good for if you can't reserve a stylist? I feel I was treated very rudely.
